So dorry to hear of Sue's passing, Greg.  I knew her well for many years, mostly at the School of Medicine.  She will indeed be missed.  I have reconnected with Marilyn Ernisse/Wheeler which is how I learned of Sue's passing,  Best wishes to you,

Like Wanda, I enjoyed the "low key" reunion for the class of '67. Thoroughly enjoyed taking with everyone. The reunion committee did a fantastic job. The no host bar and the food truck were great ideas.

Janet. The reunion was held at a rented hall on East Kentucky Avenue.

Thanks Burke!  Yes, Janet, I don't know the name of the hall, but it was great.  The circus "see-through" stands were stored there, or left over from another gig.  But we were chatting with Audrey and Mark Ullrich, and spotted them.  Couldn't resist!!!  (Fun photos, right???). Ha ha ha

Don Hooker (1965)

With heavy heart classmates of 1965 I have to inform you my twin brother Ron Hooker passed away October 19, 2022. Ron was my brother, friend, business partner in trucking, guy to wrestle with, talk politics, disagree with and have fun together or just shoot the breeze remembering old times together, also served in the Air Force in Vietnam together. He will be missed. Now there is only one twin you guys can tell us apart!

Don,

Ron's easy smile and helpfulness brightened wherever he was. It is a gift to have known him. I'm looking forward to seeing his smile again on the other side.

Larry Polete (Polete) (1964)

Don, so sorry to hear that Ron has passed away. You know we go way back to our churching going days. I'll never forget that in the 63/64 football season we had three sets of twins on the Mighty Wolves team, You and Ron, Jim and Jerry Gallagher, and Mike and Pat Davis. I though at the time that must have been a High School record to have that many twins on one team at a time.  Prayers go out to you and your family during this time of sorry. Bless you brother in the name of the Lord.

Darlene Hooker (Kirch-Brown) (1965)

Ron, and his brother Don Hooker, have been wonderful cousins. We all grew up together in Woodland and now live in the Sacramento area and have the privilege of getting together on holidays and other occasions.  It has been a wonderful relationship we have maintained and Ron will be greatly missed from those visits and phone calls.  He leaves a wife, Kat'e, three children, 17 grandchildren, and one great grandchild.  I know there is a hole in their heart but knowing that he was a believer and that they will see him again in heaven is a very comforting thought.  He has left a great legacy for his family.

Craig:  Fall is so lovely.  Appreciate the cooler weather, as do all my plants in the garden.  The heat this last summer was terrible.  Now we need some good rain to fall.  Very sad to learn of all the classmates who have  passed.  We have to enjoy each day as much as possible.  Thank you Craig for the nice seasonal comments.

Sadly, I was recently informed of the death of Blair (aka Robin) Springer who died from complications of COVID, pneumonia and leukemia.  He died last Wednesday, November 2, 2022.  He lived with his wife, Debbie in Elk Grove adjacent to the 17th hole at Valley Hi Country Club where he and his wife were members.   No furhter information known at this time.  May he rest in peace.
