Stayed in northern Cal. until 1995, then company moved me to L.A. for a few years where we lived in Huntington Beach. Transferred again to Davenport, Iowa in 1997, then to Dallas, Texas in 2000. Retired now after 20 years with Honda living in Granbury, Texas and enjoying the good life in a serene place called Pecan Plantation.
Miss the good old days of cruising Main Street in the 57 Chevy, through the A&W back to Foster's Freeze - when gas was 30 cents a gallon and only a few cops in town. Recently moved the folks back to Woodland from Cool, CA this summer and discovered how much the town has changed. Have to say I liked it better growing up there, but realize everything changes over time.
